We do what is necessary to satisfy the customer, but if the items are not suitable, the customer has the possibility, in accordance with the legislation, to return the items ordered within 14 calendar days (including Sundays and public holidays) from their receipt, in their original condition and packaging. Any return must be reported in advance to Atelier Lilac by form.

The customer will provide Atelier Lilac with proof of the reshipment of his order (Colissimo number, tracking number, etc.)

Please note! Customizations and special or made-to-measure creations cannot be refunded under any circumstances. (e.g.: jewelry or outfits created to the customer's measurements and in the color chosen by them, custom creations, creations based on sketches, color changes, etc.)

The refund will be made through the bank card account that made the purchase.

Product exchange

The Buyer also has a period of fourteen (14) days to request an exchange. The Buyer will not pay any delivery costs on the new exchange order. The Buyer may return the Products to Atelier Lilac by La Poste with a tracking number only. As a reminder, the return costs by La Poste remain the responsibility of the Buyer and the Products to be exchanged must be intact, complete with their packaging.
