COLLECTION 2021 in Seville
Without a doubt, 2020 was a year of global upheaval, particularly eventful for our beautiful world of marriage, and loaded with stress for you, the brides, who saw your wedding ceremonies limited, postponed and even canceled. Many of you shared your sorrows, your concerns with us, asked us for advice, and planned without knowing what would happen. However, by letting ourselves be carried by love, we emerged more motivated and inspired than ever.
It was during the 2020 confinements that the new collection took shape in our minds. Confinement has allowed our imagination to feel the lack of our beautiful nature which offers us so much, and thus to appreciate it all the more during our brief daily outings. Our creations thus saw the light of day as the good weather and rays of sunshine arrived, which we admired from the workshop.
our inspirations
Our collection is inspired by nature, spring blooms and natural materials, derived in designs nostalgic for a better world of yesteryear. From the finesse and elegance of a romantic style to more elaborate vintage and baroque pieces and motifs, the accessories of this new collection are available in sublime earrings, necklaces, back necklaces, bracelets and hair accessories that will bring softness and radiance to all brides this year.
an exceptional decor
We took advantage of the déconfinement to fly to Andalusia and its beautiful Seville for our first collection shoot. The classical and gothic allures of the city with its rich cultural past, with its breathtakingly beautiful plaza de Espana, opened its doors to us for a very moving inspiration shoot. Indeed, after this year of uncertainty, what a joy to be able to release our 2021 collection in broad daylight, in such a warm and romantic sunny setting.
the lilac team in action
During 3 months of coming and going between confinements, we imagined, designed, made our jewelry and accessories in our apartment. We took inspiration from what we missed the most: nature, flowers, outdoor life. So, in May, once the exit restrictions were lifted, we rushed to the sublime city of Seville to shoot our future collection. We were a small team of 5 people: a model, a hair and makeup artist, a photographer and the two of us, the creators of your bridal jewelry. A first part of the shoot was carried out on the sumptuous Plaza d'Espana and the second part in the luxury hotel Alfonso XIII.
